It’s happening. After telling the rest of the team about their fallen comrades and carrying on, Dio led the gang to his highest floor and, bringing idiot along, they pursued. As Joseph put it, he, like Jotaro, must feel like they’ve known Dio forever. But the sun is setting and Dio seems to be playing with them, not so different from his first vampire transformation. Being a proponent for fear, I suppose it’s no surprise he’s trying to scare the pants off of them. If he wanted to, he could have probably killed one of the bros in the time he killed idiot. This may answer my question about if he'd still be as cruel and over the top as he was since seems more self assured than insecure. But like that can stop them! We got a sneak peak of everyone's resolve going into this in some great build up pages.
Dio’s power has been excellent in its portrayal with Hol Horse, the stairs, and my personal favorite so far, obviously the coffin trick.
P.S. Kakyoin bossing idiot around feels great, I love when he’s ruthless.
