author just had to waste 100 chapters about him saying how much he loves his childhood friend to make the shitty hero snatch her away saying to MC that they are already going out and the MC just be like "that so? Okay, congrats then, see ya", this happens in chapter 110 and as you can see in the others reviews, 80 chapters out and he still didnt go see her again to confirm any shit
