Come to think of it, I don't believe we've actually seen Dio's face yet. I wonder if there is a reason for that.

Alessi was such a psycho. I'm glad he was defeated. That last combo attack coming from Jotaro and Polnareff looked really satisfying.

Aww the ending scenes with Polnareff and that girl were really touchy. He found a perfect woman, but couldn't be with her to not put her in any danger coming from Dio. Besides, their journey to Cairo is not over yet.

I liked that "bro moment" when Jotaro tried to make Polnareff feel better, even for a bit.

Finally, a more deeper step in their adventure. Inb4 they find Dio at the 100th chapter.

So, read this chapter before the Alessi fight because the site I was reading it on just kinda skipped that fight. Actually thought Hol Horse's note about Alessi being defeated was joke at first, course I found out when I checked the wikipedia page.

Anyway, excellent chapter. It's been a long time since we've seen Dio's hair on Jonathon's body & this was a really good way to build up just how big of a threat Dio is sure to be this time. I'm betting we probably won't be seeing Dio's face until it's time to face him personally.

This is totally one of my favorite arcs.  At first, after such an exhausting experience in the best way possible, I thought we were going to get a cute and satisfying ending.  One of ending this scum once and for all and that'd be it.  And we almost had that!  Little Jotaro, too cool of a protagonist to show upfront, beat the living hell out of Alessi.  His worst nightmare occurred, a child that he could not bully.  It was definitely funny but it was when Belle showed up that the chapter got a more substantial strength.

Belle and Polnareff both looked out for each other when they were in danger, they both showed strength and compassion, and they both remember everything that happened.  If not for an earring left behind, she would have thought it was a dream.  Coming face to face, Polnareff blushed as we’d expect but he showed a new side to himself.  Unlike the horny Polnareff who flirted nonstop with Nena the Empress, we saw him reject his own feelings for her safety.  Probably because of the more sincere feeling he has towards her, rather than blood in the nether region, we got quite the sentimental farewell. Let's hope he comes back for that earring when all is said and done.
It absolutely made me recall the super similar goodbye between Majima and Makoto during Yakuza 0. Going to the point that they both likely know who each other are but there's enough dissonance that this kind of act works.

And amazingly, Jotaro smiled, understanding Polnareff and commending him.  Similar to the Hanged Man arc where Polnareff and Kakyoin teamed up and grew closer, this was big for the two of them, we even got the badass team combo. Last but not least, we met up with Abdul and Joseph.  I like the format of starting two fights at the same time with two different duos.

Even when he was turned into a kid he got his ass beat because it didn't mean that he'll revert to the gentle way he was back then in an instant. There's nothing more horrifying than waking up to two very powerful Stands that will beat him up to the point of flying into the sky like Team Rocket. At least he didn't die like J. Geil did.

There was a Star Wars reference somewhere in here~

Polnareff's the only person in the team to find a real potential love interest in their journey but he tragically couldn't reach out to her and confess about the situation because he doesn't want to put her in any more danger. I'd want to see him come back and find her once all of this finishes.

My favorite arc so far, you could tell Araki had a lot of fun with this one. Little Jotaro was epic beating the hell out of a grown man with his bare fist.
