Disclaimer: this is a review of the web novel so deviations between that and the LN or manga is possible.The name of the series is fcking generic and I expected as much. But the premise was interesting and it is better than the other isekais out there that doesnt know what its trying to doThe protagonist is not your average isekai OP guy, despite the title. In fact he is weaker than most of his adversaries and still a LONG ASS way away from the main villain of the story. He gets his ass handed to him ALOT, even later in the story.Personality wise he is quite ok, not anything special but he is not as boring as the average op protag, which admittedly is not a high bar to clear. He is most of the time moral and just.The series might be slow for many people, but it knows its goal and direction and is moving towards it, even if there is filler in some cases.OH AND IT AINT A HAREM THERE IS ONLY ONE GIRL FINALLY. This makes for a far more interesting dynamic. The dynamic between tia and MC is quite endearing although I admit I think the author is either trying to avoid writing romance or he doesnt know how too. But we get progress at least.Story wise, its far more well written than ANY OF the tr*sh isekais where the author just runs out of ideas and gives up. Its an adventure story with twist, turns, reveals, an overarching story than continues to expand as our duo travels the 100 worlds. Each world is different in some form, some more than others and the dynamic between characters of said world to our DUO is interesting enough.Overall interesting story, good premise that is kept to faithfully. Story is pretty good, a gem among isekai WNs for sure. The only problem I can think of is the kinda slow pacing and the way the author just dont wanna do more romance stuff even tho the potential is high.
