He is really weak (because of a mishap in choosing a body) and everything is just a misunderstanding piling up. I'm at ch 53, he is still weak but slowly doing things to get his magic prowess back. And he is pretty adamant at not accepting high offers/rewards because of a) his trauma of working nonstop and b) some misunderstanding again which is now honestly becoming exhausting. I just wish he beats monsters or people using his power instead of just bluffing.

I gotta admit. I like this book and hope chapters can be updated regularly but I understand that people have lives and have busy schedules. Story is somewhat different than others and I’m glad the mc doesn’t try to hide his wealth so much.
