This is good, and strangely enough, I think it's because of the MC. The MC is funny, he's a guy with a brain that's been completely corrupted by thoughts of yuri. What makes this work is the dynamic between the MC and the world: an MC who have brain damage and can only think about yuri, versus a world that's trying to turn him into a harem protagonist.
