At my first go, I went through the first 48 chapters. It was a fairly enjoyable story, full of comedic misunderstandings and wholesome fluff. The MC seemed just too pitiable. This week I decided to keep on reading after a hiatus, and I'm glad I did. The story behind the MC is something else. The wholesome fluff keeps up and the misunderstandings never stop - and then a heavy plot hits you from behind, and it makes me all the more glad I stuck through reading the book. Its enjoyable all the way, whether it be from an empathy that makes you cry, wholesome moments that make you laugh, or heavy plot lines that really, actually make you go, "Oh my gosh...."This novel hits all the right points for me. All the people giving it 2 stars or whatever just did not give it a proper chance, are simply too critical over ultimately minor details for no good reason, or its simply not their genre. But I've found its certainly my genre - I've been pleasantly surprised by how much depth this book has. I totally recommend.
