Max's reaction was anticipated. But,I think Jade, should not have gone further to explain anything to him right there,as he was obviously under the influence of alcohol. She should have waited for a more convenient time. Next chapters Rosa.
I’m enjoying the storyline, but I feel like it jumps around a lot. I also think that the author isn’t allowing the scenes to fully play out, so it seems like we’re missing a lot of information from between the characters.
