The premise, development, and actual power scaling is really good and very original in my experience. My largest issue, however, is somehow the author continues to implement this annoying constant underestimation and young master syndrome in every single character. MC breaks a f*cking record with the most difficult examination recorded in recent history? Meh, all luck. MC dominates every single person in less than 5-10 minutes in every battle? He just hasn't fought the actual strong people. MC makes any decision ever? He's arrogant and doesn't know how high the heavens are. Like man I wish I could read this novel where instead of him being in this clusterf*ck of a world that the author has compiled, he's just the god of his planet and that's it. But, whatever, if I turn off my brain and skip the chapter-long worth of face-slapping build-up, it's really good. If you are incapable of ignoring the 800 words worth of build-up for the latest YM/Elder to be face-slapped every 2-3 chapters then don't even bother. But if you can, enjoy!
