+1 to this. The default 1 cell table on royalroad seems to have practically been designed for it, blue bg by default. Scribblehub is a bit more difficult to do the tables, but I think there’s also more customisation options.

Both sites pretty good with chapter control, really easy to upload chapters, schedule releases, edit and delete chapters if need be.

Both pretty good with statistics to see how your novel is doing, too. 

RoyalRoad and ScribbleHub both have good litRPG text boxes. 

ScribbleHub gets you more loyal followers, RoyalRoad for a wider spread, WattPad for more saturated market
