Ye Futian can jump at least 1 cultivation realm nearly always because he has an OP spirit (the God tree) amongst other things (e.g. OP weapons, sword talent, guqin talent, body tempering etc).
At c1484, he's 3rd level Saint and Nirvana is just a 4th level Saint - it's not a large boundary. It's been heavily hinted that God Tree is extremely powerful and must be hidden to prevent certain people finding out - I believe the reason will be explained in future but likely related to his origins (my guess is it's his mother's spirit and his parents were a forbidden love hence the reason they had to hide him).
When he uses Imperial Will he can jump even more levels e.g. in raws right now he can kill 7 Chakra (non-perfect) Renhuang as 2 Chakra Renhuang.
You also asked if Xia Qingyuan will be a wife?
Right now it's too early to say as there's probably 500+ chapters left (novel is ongoing, estimation based upon cultivation levels left). However, I will say there's a 50%+ chance ending will be harem and if so she will definitely make it. My reasoning is:
1. Jieyu and Qingyuan mirror the two main love interest (Qingcheng and Qing'er) from previous novel (AGM). The similarities are extremely uncanny and he ends up with both in that novel.
2. Jieyu has hinted at harem multiple times
3. Author has made many relationship hints between Qingyuan and Futian
4. Only reason she's not a wife is because Jieyu has been missing until c1700. And now Jieyu is back, she has no memories so author is slowly rebuilding Jieyu/ Futian relationship but Qingyuan is still around and hovers in background. As long as Jieyu regains her memory she will likely encourage Qingyuan - this is exactly how MC in AGM got 2nd wife, the author likes to pretend MC is loyal and thus needs the female to "allow" him the 2nd wife.
So I'd wait til novel is finished to see whether or not he gets a harem, there's a chance Glass Saint will be in harem if more than 2, but if there's a harem, as long as Qingyuan doesn't die, she'll make it so keep your fingers crossed Qingyuan fans!
