Uhm... this is based on my understanding of MTL so if I'm wrong, sorrrrrry!!!
100 FW is desperate for FX to GTFO but he tells her he has something important to do there. She wants him to leave cuz she stole the frickin fruit. FX tells the Lord of the city that the Crown Prince had something for them to do. Lord of the city is happy cuz now he can make connections, even if the Crown Prince disdains him, as long as FX doesn't that's not too bad. Lord of the city asks what he can help with, FX makes a funny face, tells him he's looking for someone, asks for ink. Ink and paper is brought to him, he sketches and within minutes, FW is shocked as it's a pic of her in disguise. FX gives the portrait to the Lord of the city and tells him the ugly girl is in the city right now and they need to catch her.
101 FW is speechless staring at FX. The city lord looks at the portrait and says the girl doesn't look good. FX says not only is she ugly, her heart is even more ugly, when he catches her he'll smash her corpse! (lmao) FX then grabs a stone and crushes it into dust. City lord tucks the portrait away and FX tells him they must find the person quickly so she could be brought to justice. City lord asks what the girl's name is and what her crime is. FW is frantic cuz she wasn't too creative when she came up with her fake name Feng Wu (Phoenix Dance) and Feng Wu (Wind Five) are just too similar. She can't imagine how angry they'll be once they find out it's her. FX though, says that they don't need to know her name as it's probably fake! She's stolen something precious and if she's alive, he'll torture her so she wishes for death. City lord glances at JLY and says that the thief must be very strong to be able to steal from under the Crown Prince and FX nose. FX is like "..." He can't tell them the thief is a waste! But he has to.
102 FW sneaks a look at FX to see if he'll be embarrassed tot ell the truth. City Lord is like, just tell us but looks at JLY and just leaves. FX looks at FW and asks if she's happy now that they're staying there, she's like WUT, no, FX is like, you lie. They other Feng chick Feng Yu (??) is happy and keeps looking at JLY. FX asks FW to prepare their rooms and make their beds. FY says she'll do it, FX is like NAh FW my little cook will do it, you don't need to do anything so leave! FW is indignant. FX is saying you're my cook, what's wrong with that. FW is mad, what little cook? She approaches him, FX gets nervous. FW yells at him, says he's trying to bully her, tells him to live in his own place and clean up after himself, don't talk nonsense to her. FW grabs her mom and bro and leaves. FX is stunned and says FW is fierce and why did his little cook reject him. XZ says this is FW. FX is like what's wrong with her, she's giving me no face. XZ has a good look on his face and says this is the real FW. FX is saying she is mean to me!
103 FW is holding her head and has a headache, she wonders why FX is arguing with her, is it not childish? JLY and XZ act as though it's normal. FX stares at FW and has a deep look in his eyes, FW is glad FX has a good temper and that she didn't offend JLY. FW takes her mother and bro back to their room. FXQ (lil bro) tells FW she's awesome, that she went against FX and his face turned green (lmao). FW says if they leave it's best. FXQ is wondering why they have to live in their place and eat with them, he gets sad cuz now he has to rush to eat before all his food is gone. FW is worried and wants to make the pill fast so she can recover and start cultivating again. FW leaves and leaps over the wall, FXQ will cover for her and say she is out for the afternoon (dare I say he is so adorable). Since FW can't make her pill in her home, she'll go to the old man alchemist, he has a better furnace anyway, he's famous and powerful in the city; FW is confident she will be successful cuz she's even better than that old man. FW arrives at the old man's place and he is excited and pulls her.
104 FW hasn't even come to a full stop and Old man is saying he had some difficulty a few days ago and if she didn't find him he would have gone to find her. FW agrees to help since she needs his refining room anyway. Just when they are about to enter refining room, Old man's steward comes in and says City lord is there to see him. Old Man is huffy and says city lord is annoying, Fw thinks he's funny and acts like a kid sometimes, city lord is important and others would love a visit from him but old man is unwilling. FW asks old man if city lord is there because of his son's illness, old man says aren't a good person, FW says she's law abiding, kind hearted and good looking, don't sully me. Old man says she looks soft, innocent and tender but she is blunt and not so innocent. haha. FW is like, why do you say that. Old man goes, city lord son wasn't born stupid, how did he become so, can you say it had nothing to do with you? FW face turns cold, she remembers when she and her family was first abolished, the city lord son came and bullied them, was mean and cruel, so she secretly made him into a fool. Old man doesn't know for sure but is just speculating. FW maintains her innocent façade and says it has nothing to do with her. Old man says hold it. Steward is like, Master? Old man says to let city lord wait, he's refining medicine, no one can disturb.
105 Old man pulls Fw into refining room and talks about his issues with refining medicine. Old man is crazy about refining medicine, it's his first priority. Steward laughs at his master asking the supposed waste FW for advice on alchemy. FW not only helps but uses terminology many others wouldn't know, while Old man is nodding and listening, this paints a funny picture. Old man and FW are discussing medicine, he exclaims how a young girl like her can understand so much more than normal folks, FW is proud, it's cuz she has the most beautiful Master in the world! FW knows a lot, not just refining medicine. Steward returns calling master, old man is angry says no one is to bother him, FW tells him it must be unusual since steward knows his personality and knows not to bother him, just go see what is going on. Old man goes to see, FW uses this opportunity to lock the door to refine her own medicine. She gets the furnace going, whoohoo.

I stopped reading around 200 or so because I got sick and tired of the author jerking Feng Wu around for almost literally every single thing she does, and having everyone make things so much harder for her than it needs to be and they get no repercussions from it. But 2k chapters in almost and she *still* hasn't even confronted/seen her "rival" again yet? Good lord that's....bad. And I agree-I'd rather she end up with the "beautiful master" than the prince

I think they had to do those changes in order to ensure the drama doesn't get long like 58-60 episodes....? Well Idk but i think so as the novel is still ongoing and its surely gonna be nearly as long as DKC. Btw, is the drama good? I've bookmarked it but I'm conflicted as to whether watch it or not :3
