ok the dad selling the presents i can BARELY understand but he REALLY should have at least given her the goddamn letters?? WTF man, i get you're poor but your daughter and son-in-law are husband and wife??? WHY KEEP THE LETTERS AWAY FROM HER. 

TBH it sounds like a mailing issue. My dad uses my address as his mailing address for packages so I have to call him like every week to make sure he'll remember to pick up his stuff or he'll probably forget about it.

She might have had her address set to her dad's place instead of her current place in the beginning but just forgot about it cuz of all the work & stuff going on. And since she's so responsible, her dad probably just took it at face value that if she wanted the mail, she would have asked for it.

Interesting. Do we share equal POV to both leads or does it lean more to one of them? Still... fine dynamic. Proactive ML and a semi broken MC (not fully because of outside/3rd party factors) but mainly BECAUSE of the two of them lacking in communication. Okay, I'll bite 

Nah. He understood the situation. They were poor and being harassed by debt collectors who acted like the yakuza. The ML having been similarly destitute understood the need for quick cash. The 2 men had thought she (MC) would come by and ask for them(letters) but she never did. Poor planning on their part. Also, the break down in communication was pretty awful. The dad was too ashamed to tell the ML their family was poor now. The ML in a war wanted to think of positive things. The MC was assured in her stance in everything. 

Does fl father ever got punished for selling all the presents ml bought for fl and not sending the letters?
 

that's correct. he always thought she would come back for a visit but she's such a workaholic + worrying about their money situation she just kept working. 

The ML is way better than that. Once he gets back from war he tries all he can to get the ceremony off the ground and tells her all the time he adores her. However, due to the massive misunderstandings she has it stuck in her head that he hates her. The worst is misunderstanding #2 - when he realizes it he really loses it and freaks out. Then he brainstorms with his underlings on how to persuade her that he is for real. In the story - "I'm ready for Divorce" his underlings got in the way a lot instead of helping. Also, the ML is kinda passive. The ML in this story is SUPER proactive. What is more frustrating here is the MC's super damaged self-aspect and since she always liked him the thought he hated her gutted her all the time. 

Maybe he thought that she knew he was sending letters so she'll come and pick them up. And since she didn't, the father must have thought maybe she didn't want them. Just my theory 

He was surprised that when he met her for the 1st time , but later he knew right away its the girl of his dreams. He always had it in his mind that she was a commoner since she was running around in the streets. Thus, when he saw it was her he was shocked and said - "why you?" 

Spoiler: SS 1The training was harsh and after the training ML tells that Lucia keeps geting hurt by the medals, swords and etc. and he thinks of disposing those things. He says ML is her only enemy and thinks he should collect those items. Today Lucia was the only one who sent him off to work because MC can't realy move and she understood. ML says Lucia is such adorable daughter. Then his aid talks if MC gives birth to a girl he would want to marry her of to his son, he shut himself up when ML glared at him. MC has a bigger belly that when she had Lucia si they expect twins. Soon MC to give birth came and they were twin boys his aid was glad (his wife wanted marriage not him).
Spoiler: SS 2They talk about valentines day modern/not modern, about how their house is made of sweets but it was made of chemicals etc. How he wishes he could quit his job and spend more time with his wife and children
Spoiler: SS 3ML was called on his holiday day and is very angry about that he is with ex-Majesty and his aid. The king says MC was very eager to push him out of house but ML says its because their twins cry every time they see him. And his aid's son is too similar to him, he smiles but his eyes no, so he is no fun. They go to crack down a place of ex-soldiers of the enemy kingdom they do a job. ML says he wishes to quit and they say he cant and ML says 1 more year. When he is back at home he is greeted by MC and his daughter who he hugged, Lucia says she wants to go to junior knight academy with aid's son and apeals to ML. ML agreed and so he still can't quit. When his aid ask MC if his son is similar more to him or his wife. MC smiles and in her mind says its him no mather how you look.
Spoiler: SS 4They talk in ML office will his knights aid and ex-knight-maid that there's no content on extra edition and try to think about it and finaly decided to sacrifice MC because ML wants to flirts with her and was unhappy that there weren't more scenes on main story
Spoiler: SS 5MC sister tries to find a husband. ML found good partner for her and so she goes to that party with prince's aid and they talk, they have a lot in common. The aid complaints it's hard for him to find someone because they think they will have good live but they will have to live in frugal and most of the young ladys don't want that, she thinks as long as there is a mansion, servants and 3 meals its okey. When they arrive she dances with that person (ML chosen one), she admits he is good but her heart doesn't race for him so she excuses herself and go and right away another girl clings to him and when she goes to the restroom she sees prince aid walking strangely and sweating a lot so she rushed to see his condition.
Spoiler: SS 6Continuation of SS5. When she run out she met her escort (she was not directly under the ML). She explained situation and when they found prince aid he had bad complexion and refused to let her close. Her escort realised that it was medicine and when she asked what kind he said its aphrodisiac. She told the escort to go and do something but the escort refused and said that she can't because it's not I her duty and can't leave her with the aid in this state. MC sister thot that you would expect nothing else from the escort chosen by ML. Then she has an idea and forces him to drink fountain water (she thot it was clean) then trust her fingers into his mouth and the aid vomited. Her escort watches this with blank face and it looked like MC sister attacked prince aid and said of what ML will take care of it. Then MC sister dragged the aid all the way back to the carriage and the other escort took over and they went to see that strict doctor (who doesn't like MC) and says in the mind he went to check on pregnant MC and thot he was reliable but strict. She touches his hair and travels to the doctor. (Her dress looks awful with vomit and water)

She thinks that the balls are scary now.
Spoiler: SS 7Continuation of SS6. They arrive and when the knights saw them they said there should be some change of clothes for her and gave her a bag of bread and went to the medical office. She tries to eat it but her escort said ML ordered to check everything that she eats and shouts "overprotective!" and thinks he is throughout with thtr ptrotectuon. Then after some time they meet the doctor and say he will be fine it happened multiple times already with some kind of other medicine, she thinks he has immunity from his childhood. Doctor asked what happened and was she attacked but when he look at her he changed the question of how she did it and she told him. He was disturbed but says it was the right call. He touches her hair and says nasty. She thinks he is cruel but he is also right and says she will take a bath and a nap latter.
Spoiler: SS 8Continuation of SS7. When she somehow taken off her dress and when to the bathroom she felt some feelings of accomplishments. Then she ate the food that was tasted (she thinks that food is evil, it will make her fat but loves the cheap taste) and the escort said that she will stay here tonight and that the general would come to pick her and when she says no he said that already expecting that answer. She thinks that ML won't tell MC until morning and thinks he is overprotective. Then she goes to see prince aid and when she saw the doctor she tried to hide behind the escort. Doctor asked why she was wearing maids clothes and she didn't even realise and says that what the escort gave. She goes to check on the aid and fell asleep on the chair near the bed even though there was nap room.
Spoiler: SS 9Continuation of SS8. She woke up after the aid tried to wake her up. They talk and says he is fine and apologised for the dress and will buy a new one she says it's fine she could wash it and in her mind she is worried about the cost of that dress that ML gave her and says she dosent even need it and then the aid said "marry me". She is confused and thinks it's a dream but the feeling was too real. The she

She thinks he is strange and think "what if" and says she is Nina and is he realy proposing to her he confirms, she asked if the aphrodisiac made his head strange and he denied and says he is normal but she shouts he is definitely not normal. And thinks there's no way he is proposing for her. And with the red face she shouts for thr doctor and says he got (multiple desease are named) from that fountain. And the female escort she was with yesterday thit6the same. The Nina run out and went to her sisters mansion after ordering that cheap food to the house.
Spoiler: SS 10Continuation of SS9. She had locked herself in her room the moment she returned and MC tried to lure her with food and it worked until she heard Chris (prince's aid). Her sister then said that6he would ask her for details and left the with the maids. Chris said he is fine, she then thinks is he cured (desease names) and the Chris said he rushed too much but hr still loves her from the moment she helped him (made him drink that water and made him vomit). Nina is confused and said she is just poor aristocrat who doesn't know anything the lady should and she is younger than him. He says it's okey, she just has to learn and loves not as general-sister-in-law but as her. Nina is deeply moved by his words and opens the door, he hugs her and says he wants to marry her in small voice, she thinks he is cheating. And Nina says she wants to start by being friends. Chris says

"I see. From now on until we go downstairs, I will be your friend."

She is shocked and he says that he kept ML waiting for too long and he will apply for and engagement, she thinks that even if her father told her he will leave everything to ML but is it okey to get engaged so suddenly. Chris says

"I don't want to give you to anyone else. If I don't act early on, you'll get taken away."


He said that and kissed my cheek lightly and smiled.


"Let's go"


The moment I saw that smile, I remembered.

That Chris was Yunrietta's older brother.

These eyes were serious.

Spoiler: SS 11They talked and ML is pissed, Nina knew they interrupted his time with MC. They talk about their relationship and then MC asked while touching her belly what Nina thinks and she tells she doesn't mind, MC ask if she understands what living a frugal life meant and she says yes (but she didn't and she misunderstandood frugality from poor) and when MC if she realy understood Chris stopped and MC and looked at ML and ML also accepted but suddenly said to duel him Nina is scared that Chris will die but MC maid/knight said he is fine6he was a knight in the past and she is shocked. When they are baiyt about to go Chris told her to come and then she looks at her favorite bread and evryone thinks

ML told MC not to go because its cold and says he will be back soon and they leave. MC and her maid talk about how her brother is going to lose and MC bothered what to tell her father (who is easy to forget), how shocked he will be and if he can get the dowry.
Spoiler: SS 12When MC and ML started living together ML was shocked that she doesn't have many clothes at all. When she was given her room officially she was shocked of how expensive everything was even the wallpaper. Her maid calmed her down but MC was aslo suprised that the knight and daughter of hight aristocrat is the maids clothes. She said to MC if she wants they can change the design but she refuses thinking is such a clean room. Then her maid asked if she wanted tea in the garden and MC accepted and asked for her to join her. Then on her way she heard ML talking and when he saw MC he asked if he had interrupted her she said no and asked what ML was doing and he said he was preparing MC room's security plan and its the safest place on her. MC said its exaggerated but he denies. ML said she was beautiful and for MC he was too much (too beautiful face of his) ML asked what she was doing and she told ML and asked if his knights wanted a rest they could join but ML denied as he didn't have tea time with her, Knight's are saying he is 10 years too late for him to act like that and etc(not sure about who said it or about that sentence but ehh, it will be fine) . ML and aid talk about his schedule for latter, MC realised even if she starts living together he is still very busy and won't have much time for her.
so she invites him and he is on clouds and embraced MC strongly and she would have suffocated if not for her maid. ML apologiesed and MC nods thinking if she is going to get tamed by him first or if she is going to get used to it first. They had been married for 10 years but their award life just began.
