Reborn as My Love Rival's Wife

I only remember bits and pieces of it but the few main things I remember is
- Near the end of the story, she has a child with the ML later (during their wedding, the MC went into labor). The labor was so painful the MC screamed for help and asked the ML to get her phone to micro blog that the pain is so painful she no longer wanted to live.. (LMAO) in the end, she gets a daughter!
- A woman (forgot who. I think it was his former crush who rejected his marriage proposal(?) tried to expose that the ML and MC have no affections, the marriage is fake, and they found divorce papers when the parents came and visited but they were able to debunk it after the MC went to threw up and they found out she was pregnant to which the parents question the woman going how if they don't love each other, why would they have a child together then? (Something along those lines). Also I think the ML fell in love first.
- In the epilogue she meets her former parents often and they regard her as their daughter. I think she encountered her mom with grocery bags and asked if she wanted help (first time her parents saw her was at her funeral, 2nd time with her brother at a karaoke place, 2nd time with her parents is here). The MC former mother found out that she knew the MCs current mother because they were friends and went to school together. The MC actually secretly calls her parents because she wants to hear their voice but never says anything back..
- Her brother ends up having a crush on her (even though he knows the MC has a husband and a child) after they hang out a lot because she was so similar to his dead brother (interest, attitude, and habits). Main reason why the MC hung out with her former brother a lot after her death was because the ML's sister/cousin(?) fell in love with him so the MC thought her brother may potentially be her brother-in-law. When she goes into her old room, she opens a box that was under her bed hiding her old treasures and her brother walks in and saw everything. He even asked the MC where the mole on his leg was but the MC was like "your mole is obviously on your buttocks.." The MC then exposes that she is his dead brother and told his parents which they were both happy to know their son was alive but also finally able to get a daughter like they've always wanted. Plus they were able to meet their grandchild. Weird thing is even after the brother found out the truth, he still said he wants to be with the MC.. the MC still rejected him in the end cause regardless of being in a different body, she still see's him as a blood brother.

- The marriage was indeed fake. Before the rebirth, with the MC's mother being sick, and to pay for hospital bills, she got into a fake marriage with ML. They arranged to be married for a few years before divorcing. Of course, they fell in love later so no need to anymore.
- MC's job is teaching. I think she was teaching in a elementary school. I do remember one of her pupils having a crush on her. XD
I don't remember much since it was already several months ago, but I think the MC was quite good at cooking. The MC kinda acted as the ideal wife for any man XD

The ML found never out. After the MC gave birth, the ML mentioned to the MC he had a love rival and claimed that the love rival was better at him on everything to the point where it made the ML hate him (the love rival is the MC before his death) but then he realize that he has something the rival didn't have, the MC (how ironic). Another reason being was due to when the MC see's her family often and her brother without telling the ML, he gets jealous but doesn't know why the MC goes and see's these people in secret. So far what I can recall only her real family knows. They were still grieving when the MC encountered them again. Also I think the MC has the same exact name as her old name (the MC old mother and current mother cracked jokes back then on names they wanted if they were to have a daughter so that's why they had the same name although the MC was previously male) to which it made the parents surprised but somewhat upset again (due to the death, not towards the now female MC). The MC told the her old mother perhaps this is fate, and that she rather call her old mother her godmother to which his mother accepts. When they found out the MC had a child and married man, they didn't adapt to it immediately.

Even after giving birth she still can't believe she willingly gave birth to a child. I'm not sure when the MC really accepted it but they somewhat did but they still can't believe he actually married a man. They were technically already married, but never finalized the divorce (due to the ML falling in love with the MC) so they didn't need to remarry or anything. They finally held a wedding but during their vows, the MC going into labor due to already being ready to give birth so the ML calmly took the MC to the hospital.
Actually, after the MC's brother found out the MC married a man and had a kid, he started to question his now sister's sexuality LMAO. To which the MC still says she likes girls..
