Adding my own spoilers from where I stopped:
Seems like Jing Sui may not have been reborn unlike the other gongs. That, or he still doesn’t care about MC despite his sacrifices. MC had gone to humiliate NY at some banquet iirc, and was about to slap him but was stopped by JS and threatened that JS would get his father to discipline him.
Brandon steps in to stop JS and Carlos also intervenes, saying NY is but a mere commoner and standing on MC’s side.
I also skipped to the ending where NY is meeting MC’s RL mom.... so I’m guessing that NY is the final ML lol. How refreshing
