What happend to fl family? 

Spoiler: An qinrua total bitch, her and the FL’s previous fiancé used to literally fuck in the FL’s ward and although she was in a vegetative state, she still heard EVERYTHING. She’s the FL’s maternal cousin, in the OG novel world, she stole some of the FL’s mom’s jewelry and ran away when the wen’s and chi’s went bankrupt. In this world, she gets pregnant then marries wen yiran ONE DAY before the wen’s bankruptcy. She tries to get a divorce but wen yiran refuses after he realizes how horrible she actually is. In the end, she moves away to c city with the rest of the wens and practically gets abused by wen yiran’s mother on a daily basis.
Spoiler: wen yiranhe’s the FL’s previous fiancé and the ML’s half brother. Him and his mother and father have been abusing the ML for the past 20 years hence the horrible ending he got in the original novel AND the current timeline. After FL transmigrates into her current body, wen yiran basically falls in love with her or whatever. After he loses a bet(i think? i don’t really remember) with the ML and has to drink 20 bottles of alocohol, he goes to the hospital and ends up having intercourse with an qinru thinking she’s the FL. And when an qinru tells him she’s pregnant he’s basically not happy and doesn’t want to marry her / have a child with her bc he’s not in love with her anymore but still forced himself bc “she’s too innocent / fragile” and he felt like he would be an asshole ig?? idk.
Spoiler: wen sisiShe was the og!chi zhengzheng’s rival. Her and the fl first meet at the fl’s family’s house where they start arguing about the fl’s previous fiancé bc the fl said something about his ability in bed(LMAO???). They later meet on the street after the fl runs away from home, fl then proceeds to force wen sisi to book a room in a hotel where they ate and slept together for the night. Later, the fl invites her to go to an escape room because she was in a bad mood, after they were done with that, fl realizes that wen sisi was sick and tries to get her to the hospital. It’s at this time that wen sisi and the fl start developing an actual friendship rather than just meeting up randomly and having dumbass fights that literally make no sense whatsoever. she basically got a happy ending, as she fucking should. In the original novel, she was forced to get married to an old man by the wens bc the old man said he would help them. after her marriage to that disgusting piece of shit, she gets abused by him then commits suicide. in the current timeline, she and the fl become friends, so when the time comes where the wens are trying to pressure her into marrying that old man, fl talks to her and gives her an apartment in another city where she could live and get a job away from the wens. And although she was reluctant at first, she gratefully accepted the fl’s help and avoided her sad ending.
well yes and.. no? FL did technically die but she magically came back to life by sheer willpower. ML was going fucking crazy during her coma, he even wrote a will when he realized that FL had no chances of survival and decided he would die with her then they’d be cremated together and have their ashes mixed then thrown into the sea. After the fl wakes up, he talks about how he should’ve married her sooner so they could have husband and wife written on their tombstones

this novel is so fucking good and the last couple of chapters were so emotional i literally cried. This romance is so sweet, ml never disrespects the fl, the villains got appropriate endings and there were no dumb misunderstandings between the main leads. 

I don't remember exactly what happened cuz it's been a while since I've read it (and I might mix things up from other novels) but here's what I remember:
Family finds out An qinru is a b!tch and is fake and basically distance themselves from her. Mom is sad and disappointed in herself that she was always nice to her niece more than her own daughter.
The dad was never really on An qinru's side since she isn't his daughter.
I don't really remember the brother.
They apologized to MC, and she accepted but she never moved back in with them.
