There is but I kinda of was not paying attention at that time when it came along. What I remember based on the transmigrator novel original plot was MC died due to not being able to get a guide and the 8th division general took over as Marshall (he is the Villian) and is one of ML suitor father. Transmigrator was in love with suitor based on the novel and his persistence chasing of ML and so called sacrifice for ML but in end ML also did not like him.
This one not too long either. MC is the head of a demon sect and ML is his shadow guard. Shadow guard in this story are trained / torture from young so that they are like robots who only obey their master in this case MC. Original time line MC feel in love for Shou Prog - kidnapped him and drug him to have his way with him. Prog save the shou with the help of MC sect traitor and MC then took ML to bed to deal with the drug as Prog switch the drug food so MC got drugged instead. Original timeline, MC treated ML like an animal - sleep with him when he want, beat him up and in end when ML died he is uncaring. He just spend time trying to get the Shou Prog and ended up killed by Prog in the end.
MC transmigrated when he was drugged and at first he pulled ML to bed then when he saw it was ML he feel in love immediately. Then he push ML away and ask him to get out but ML instead hug MC (ML already have feeling for MC but he do not know it as he is not taught feelings) so MC ended up having his way with ML. MC then realized that in order to have ML and to help his 90 plus shadow guard he needed to do something as he do not like the current Ming sect either (it is full of evil doers). So MC pretend to lost all powers and forced ML to take over his place. And he throw away all his servants and forced his shadow guard to do things which resulted them all to learn how to interact like normal and start to have own thoughts and feelings. He also disband the training camp and start arranging to transfer out the wealth of the sect as he know the righteous sect will come attack them. So when the attack come they all take the opportunity to run away and set up a new town a restaurant and new identity. MC even pretend to have amnesia which forced and allowed ML to take advantage of MC and show to MC that ML also want him. it all came to an end when the righteous sects found them but MC by then is already very OP and easily resolved it as basically MC only took over the sect for a year and have not done anything at all
So all well ends well and the leader of the righteous sect even occasionally come to challenge MC to a fight. But first he have to pay MC for that

I will just post summary of the other 2 arcs.
Arc 2 is about student life. MC is from a rich family and he fell in love with Villian who is from a political family. They have another friend who is from the military family. ML is a star student from a family of teachers. In the original time line, MC helped Villian to humiliate ML just because Villian is angry ML got better results than him. MC pretend to woo ML and ask ML to confess to him during his birthday but reject him in front of MC friend (who are hiding) and they splash the photos and evidence of ML in love with MC all over the internet ruining ML reputation. Later Villian even accused ML family of bribery and all kind of things causing ML grandfather to die of anger and ML commit suicide. MC help villain all his life and so much that he ruin his family company and Villian does not even help him went he needed money for his father surgery. In the end MC also commit suicide. MC transmigrated before the ML confessed and ruin himself and MC managed to do all kinds of thing to make himself the one to blame for it thereby protecting ML reputation. In this world ML father and MC parents realized both feeling and accept them on the basis they work hard in their study so both MC and ML got the second and top in ranking and became researchers who are protected by the govt. As for Villian once MC remove his support his scheme did not come to fruit and he got move to another school in the end. and he realized if he has been with MC he might be better off as when he ended up with the other friend, the friend abuse him when he is unhappy.
Arc 3 is about the entertainment world where ML is an accomplished actor turn director and MC is a rising star who pretend to have sleep with ML just to get ML resources. Later MC in the world will schemes to ruin ML reputation cause he want to break up with ML and is afraid of ML influence not knowing ML is fine with it. ML died in a car accident and MC also got ruined in the end by ML father and died in a similar situation. MC transmigrated just when MC is going to start the second part of the scheme so MC start to change his plans making people confused. MC in the end dropped a bomb that he is leaving the entertainment world and becomes an investor instead otherwise he can be openly be in a relationship with ML. So in the end ML become a famous director and MC a wealthy investor and they are together (this is a short one)
