Minato's sister will be left for a later date. But I wonder, why hasn't Matsu told Minato that his sister is an Ashikabi. I mean there's no way she couldn't have found out... plot-hole anyone (¬_¬).

I agree about Minato stepping up into his role of ashikabi in the past few chapters, it's nice to see.  Hope we get to see a little more into Uzume and her situation soon.
