Spoiler: the culprit is....old Jing Wang....
It had been told several times that he had crush on MX's mother. Then it was told that the culprit was one of 4 MX's father's friend, and old Jing Wang was MX's father's best friend, he's also the last person and the only person beside MX's father before his death.
Then there's a matter of why he was fixated of getting his son married to MX.

SpoilerThe last I read is chapter 833 in which MX got kidnapped by one of the prince from the country where the aunty was sold as slave (the prince surname is Tuoba, I forgot his name though...) soon after they got married. And then she and OS was involved in the throne dispute there and hasn't return back to their homeland..... 

Well at least she die in less than 150 chapters... That idiot(YYC) still alive until now if im not mistaken... Guess I need to re-MTL again... still it's hurt my head when reading MTL... 

Please tell me her cold poison is actually Yin meridian and will make her into some supreme cultivator or not? 

Bc how useless she was, eventually Ye Yichen felt out of love with her. She kept doing useless plot, such as plotting MX's death, sabotaging MX, pretending to protect YYC etc.
In one of her plot, there was some kind of attack (forget when), she injured herself trying to protect YYC. (the attack was planned by her) She got blind by some kind of poison and the only cure was to substitute her eye with the eye of a person with cold poison (we all know who this person is). By then YYC had already fed up with her, but let her stayed bc he felt guilty. Then YYC tried to took MX's eyes bc by his logic, he would give MX's eyes to QYY (bc that's what he owed to QYY) then send her back to her country, marry the blind MX and be responsible of MX for the rest of her life. Ouyang ShaoChen even praised him for being such a "romantic", that OSC couldn't even beat YYC in that part.

Anyway, she kept plotting and plotting and eventually got cray cray and used some kind of forbidden technique to control a great great many vicious bloodsucking mosquitoes to attack OYC's villa (with hot spring, various nobles and imperial family also the emperor came to vacationing). MX, OSC, and YYC worked together to exterminate all the mosquitoes. After then QYY killed her self (or died bc she exhaust all of her energy? I forgot). 

840 chapters, and we're still at chapter 38. Curses. Why did it take this long??!! 

Can you tell what happens to Qin Yuyuan? I heard even after getting caught with poisoning Old Jing Wang, nothing happens to her. Does she get her just desserts?
