well actually that is why i thought it to be so weird. But really, the more i look at it, the less it seems to resemble euntae. Also, from what I can guess from the raws, that ungratefool and her were kinda friendly and on good terms (as they were in the past) before she learned that it was actually him who killed her parents and was sitting on top of the vampire hierarchy.

So that ungrateful brat that the parents saved, from bullies and from death, went on to killed both parents and eat their heart right? That’s why he’s the “god” and super strong, because he did not only eat one, but two pure blood’s hearts. I really wanted to minced him alive, let him feel the torturous pain but can’t get away with it! How could he! So he could’ve eat FL’s heart too but didn’t (she passed out, and he was about to reach her, yet did not) so what’s that about? Gratitude? My a$$! I don’t care what his reasons are, he killed his saviors, and made FL an orphan. Ungrateful is an understatement.

Maybe it has to do with that final boss person that was featured in the prologue?? I heard some people theorize that they think the final boss will be the "God" person that made the purebloods in the first place. that prologue chapter gave me spooky vibes as if ALL of her loved ones were gone ... (here's to hoping the siblings and our ML end up fine in the end <3 )

i was looking at the raws (I barely understand korean and had to MTL) but i think it might be her childhood friend, Yoohan (? he's the dude with black hair and is pretty hot). as of ch 55, it looked like young hayeon and her parents found him in an alley on the brink of death.
at hayeon's anguish (because he's her friend), her father agreed to save him by giving yoohan some of his blood (I guess this makes yoohan half pure blood?). some things happen, yoohan makes some bad decisions. I think he massacred his bullies and it went on the news, which hayeon and parents saw. this then causes hayeon's parents to confront him... which i think leads to him killing them (will probably be revealed in ch 56). but when hayeon finally remembers and recalls this, she has a mental break down because she finally remembers her past and how she lost her parents. i suppose it was so traumatic that her mind locked it away as a coping mechanism. she finally remembers in ch 53...i think?
