no, actually he found them quite early in the story, then took them to the demon world , married the mc and later due to some misunderstandings mc thought he wants her only for the son and kill her, she escaped and left the mc.
I'm on chapter 687 and ml has not found mc and his son yet again. 

I forgot what chapter they meet again. But, when MC comes to her 'home', the ML already know it as he smelled her scent as the evil woman who attacked him???(the fox nose is really good).

And the ML didn't met the kid so quickly after he found mc, as MC at first try to hide her kid from anyone that know her. Of course BX is too naughty and want to get revenge for his mom that he disguise as beggar make some half-sis (not the one that stole ex-fiance) reputation goes down... and make his beast pet (in cat form) scratch the step-mom to make her itchy etc...etc...
The son too eat some pills to hide his breath(?) as fox beast...so ML didn't recognize him by scent as his son...

But when ML heard the rumor that MC is pregnant before married then he know he actually has a kid.

and about adopted father...
MC is a discipline of some saint school or something ( that famous for refining pills). the adopted father is someone from there...actually he is kind of prince or young master there . As MC is really good at refined pills, the royalty there was really respect her even the princess there, who makes people tremble with terror because of her mischief, act like MC maid (always do what MC said). and the adopted father is the princess brother. He really like MC, and was really protective to MC as it is said there was a time where the MC is injured because of some sects and he goes to destroy that sect... 

I stopped reading at chapter 1200ish. So please do a summary of whatever happened afterwards.

Anyway, spoilers pleaseeee!!! 

And they resolve their misunderstandings fairly easily right? Though I felt it was pretty stupid of MC (who has till the chapter where she ran away shown smart and good common sense) to just run away without confronting the real ML despite having had more than 600 chapters of ML's possessiveness and obsessive stalking tendencies. So I stopped MTL after this coz this run-away trope is too overused and I became disgusted.

So how was this misunderstanding solved in the end? 

600+ chapters of MTL..that takes dedication, I don't know if I can do it.
