The usual spoiler questions:
1. Who falls first between the FL & ML?
2. How did they fall for each other?
3. Any love-dovey or fluffy moments?
4. Are there any 2nd ML?
5. Who's the antagonist/s?
6. What's the conflict of the story?
And the million dollar question...
7. Did they get married at the end and have any babies???
