Spoiler: Ending spoilerit’s not exactly a happy ending because he eventually gets her when she runs away and gets her pregnant twice.She also never loves him at ALL because he’s literally insane. 

there is a dude called ihoan or something very similar and he’s kinda meant to be a second ML but Spoilerhe dies because the ML kills him when he finds out she ran away and got help from him. He’s also kinda crazy as well and FL doesn’t like him either.Spoiler: Plot pt 1• ML has been sick since he was young and he always had FL next to him taking care of him. she had no choice because her mother ditched her at ML house and whilst she was working there (as a maid I think?)she also is close to the ML mother and likes her but ML says to her “ do you like my mom because yours ran away and mine is nice to you” . The ML family take her in so she tries to kinda repay them by being a maid but they just push ML onto her and she has to care for him. She had to go to the hospital with him all the time and she HATES HIM because of the way he treats her like she’s his personal nurse or doctor. He also says he likes dogs because they’re very obedient and no matter what he does to them they’ll always come back to their master “even if he strangles them”. He likes to refer to  FL his dog and that he’s her master.
If I remember correctly she is 2 years older and she goes to a different middle school to him. He over hears her one time talking to his mother about not going to the same school as him so then he proceeds to dig a fork into his hand and make himself bleed severely. Whilst he’s bleeding and FL  frantically comes to his side he put his blood on her whilst saying “sister let’s go to the same school together” and then she’s like stunned for a second (I think). His mother (kim run-ah) calls an ambulance to take him to the hospital. Before FL can get into the ambulance the ML tells her to walk there ands she gets so confused and stunned she asks “why” but Ml just laughs and says “it’s just..” she then decides to give him the shopping bag full of clothes for when he goes to the hospital but he doesn’t take it and says “ the only way you’ll come” ( basically saying the only way shell come to the hospital to see him is to drop off the shopping bag he then mouths “hurry up and come”. He then proceeds to keep calling her when she’s on the bus on her way there asking where she is she tells him she’s only one or two stops away. The bus kinda gets louder and he complains that “it’s so loud” again and again she then says she’s getting off very soon and he tells her to get a taxi  and hangs up on her. He calls again and asks where she is and she says she’s in a taxi he tells her that he’s going to be staying at the hospital and she realises that she’s going to have to stay to because she has no other choice. They have a convo when she arrives in his hospital room there blah blah blah she does her homework and sleeps on this spare bed in his room. Then during the early morning she feels an arm next to her and she freezes and realises it him and she doesn’t move because she felt like she was pralyzed her phone alarm went off at 5am and she panics not knowing wether to wake up or stay still but then he grabs her phone and turns it off and that leaves her confused why he did that. He then goes through her phone and realises that he’s named “ son of a bitch” in her contacts and says that she “won’t change it” he then puts her phone back down and goes to his own hospital bed.
After a while her 6 am alarm goes off and she gets up and checks her phone to see what he might have found so interesting but there’s nothing so she’s confused as to why he went through her phone. She then goes to wake him up so she can change his gauzes (because obviously she’s his personal nanny) and when she asks him a few questions about how he is he doesn’t reply at all. She tells hims she’s leaving for school and goes out the room and when she closes the door she runs to the elevator and to her it felt like she was “getting away from him” and it made her feel a tiny bit guilty. Anyway his private driver drops her off to school blah blah blah she comes back to the hospital blah blah blah and when she enters the hospital she tell the ML she’s back but there’s no response and he’s not in the bed FL then hears him say “close the door” and quickly turns around to see him sitting in the seat where she did her homework. He’s NEVER sat there before but  he’s sitting in the exact spot she was. She asks what he’s doing and he says homework and that surprises her because he never really studies and hardly goes to school. She goes to wash her hands and he asks her “where are you going?” and she tells him he asks her “why”and she’s like huh??(I think) and he doesn’t look irritated rather he looks “mysterious” and “his gaze felt burdensomely persistent”. She avoids his eyes and looks at the floor and that’s when he says “you did this” / “you made this” referring to his own self harm incident with the fork. She looks up at him and notices that the injury seems to look worse ( he made it worse purposely so she can look after him for longer )

Did this Iohan do something to the FL,or was he killed before he did something to her?
