I couldn't  read what you were saying cuz I was rolling my eyes it doesn't matter how you were killed being killed in itself is trauma and imagine going through it multiple times, you could forgive someone for killing you once but multiple times no offense but you will be an idiot and not only are you forgiving them but falling in Love, after all the questionable things you  wrote in this I couldn't get past when you trying to compare these two fl being killed by their lover or the one they love but imagine if this was another girl who did this to this fl everybody will be in the comments call the girl who kill the fl a b**** (rightfully so) when the female lead try to forgive that girl readers would get mad and nobody nobody would be defending her( rightfully so) but if a male lead do this exact same thing people would try looking for a way to defend him and saying it was his childhood or what  he been through well I do not blame readers and the double standard in the Manhwa community I blame the author who was allowed these man to do these things and try to get the readers to forgive them but if a girl were in the same position and as this ml or Mls  who done the same thing the author will not give that girl a redeeming arc like they give these male lead or would even make the fl go after her as a Revenge rightfully so but the difference for me and others female leads who don't go back to the person who murdered them but take revenge on that person know how much they worth and be in love with that person do not cloud their judgment. Ps ask yourself if it was an OG fl in the position as this ml  you will forgive them like you forgive this male lead and even be friends with them and trust them. Think about it for a second. I like reading toxic stories like another person but if only if both of them are toxic to each other and doesn't get a happy ending.

Spoiler: Thoughts + spoilersI feel like those who are criticizing ML haven't properly read the novel at all.

Both ML and FL are benevolent monarchs. They would do anything to keep their people safe.

FL asked ML, "What would you do if someone was prophesized to destroy the world?"

ML answered the lines of, "I would do anything to kill them...whoever they are."

FL understood it because she would do the same. That's why she was eventually agreed to marrying him in exchange for several provisions (peace, money, grain and a dam that was used to kill hundreds of people in their previous lives).

Author did a good job in episodes 17-22 (childhood/flashbook story). FL is inherently kind. She's tired and lonely. That's why when she saw ML's battered younger self in front of her, she couldn't push him away because she knew they were in the same position. He was constantly neglected, poisoned, and threatened by people around him. During this period, they spent a couple of days together where they found solace and warmth with each other — to the point that they consider the other person as their home. Seriously, read those chapters. So simple yet poignant.

And in that period, ML promised to solidfy his position much quicker so that he could provide a "home" for her.

He's doing everything for her: from kissing her feet in front of her subjects, agreeing to ridiculous provisions in favour of her country (she was expecting him to fight back so she said absurd ones, not expecting for him to give in so easily), taking her side in front of his citizen when she didn't bother explaining the situation (because her own citizens vilify her that she's tired of explaining her intentions), taking her side when the Prime Minister ridiculed her (knowing that it could harm his reputation — he was a crown prince and a half-Emperor at this point), giving her various gifts (MC was surprised to see his simple room when he has given her a lavish one), jumping in a frozen lake to prove his sincerity (MC was saying it out of frustration so she was shocked when he did it), gave her the royal family's heirloom that would save her life at least once (ML's father's life is deteriorating yet he chose to give it to his son since he lovee him so much. but ML gave it to her instead), easily agreed to keep her last name when nobles were against it (he even suggested that he'll get hers to prove a point), and recruited maids that could chat freely with her.

There's so many things he has done for her in this life. It might seem nothing for you lot, but it's what MC sought for in her previous lives. Someone who will take her side.

Even when she's a great Queen in this life, everyone is still afraid of her. She doesn't have friends, maids or knights she could trust or laugh with. Her advisor knows a bit of her true self (a kind person). But she's still alone. It's different in this life.

Of course, she's afraid of the future. She knows things will change once the oracle is delivered and once the blue rose appears on her body. That's why she can't fully give her heart to him. That's why she's still preparing for her safety.

Now that I've typed this out, is it possible that ML will still kill her to stop the curse? Then she'll be revived by the necklace? HMMM anyway would love to read some spoilers past ep50 please !! I've only read that far lol but this novel captivated me already. 

Yeah, well, roll your eyes all you want. The difference in opinions just shows that there are many different ways of thinking and one's assumption is not necessarily correct. I wrote exactly what I wrote AFTER putting myself as the OG FL and ignoring the gender. So, yes, my answer will remain the same even if the ML is not the ML nor a male. Killing because it's a necessity or due to an accident is way different from killing simply because it's possible or fun. Or, are you saying that I should not kill my enemies and just let my enemies kill me because murder is wrong regardless of the reasons? And that I'm supposed to resent any tiger, snake, beast who killed me (if they ever do) because I'm their food even though I (we) murder chickens, cows, corn plants, potatoes, and so on to feed myself? And I should also hate a driver who killed my cat by accident even though he has taken all the necessary precautions as much as I do for a driver who killed my cat because he was drunk? I don't know about you but they sound like the perfect recipe to be a hypocrite or a nonsensical tyrant to me.

And, if the issue is the murder count, do remember that the only way a person can kill the same living being more than once is time rewind. By taking the example of a good driver who accidentally killed my cat, if he happens to kill my cat, again and again, is that his fault for not remembering the mistake he has done in the past or is it the fault of the one who rewinded the time without allowing the people who have been rewinded to remember their past? Does it make any sense for me to resent or hate the driver or does it make more sense for me to hate the rewinder?

Yeah, well, how about YOU read the NUF rules first before complaining based on a rule you made up?

F*ck the male lead for being trash and I low-key hate the fl for liking him. Pure suffering reading their "romance". But ofc it's all fine because ml has a sad childhood . I don't give a shit.

I can't give the "romance" a chance when the only thing on my mind was my hatred for the fl for making me suffer because she likes him. And the pure hatred and feeling of revenge I had for the ml. I just wanted her to kill him lmao. I just wanted revenge not romance . Maybe if he died like half the many times he killed her, I would be like fine. Get together trashcans. 

Yes, they only met in current timeline. Probably butterfly effect? I think the beginning chapters she mentioned something like learning from all the lives and solidifying her power in spinel better or stuff like that. And I think in one chapter she went back to see her mother (something she didn't do before) then later kicked out and noticed guards looking for ML.
