Berserk Chapter 368 Discussion

I feel conflicted about these new chapters of berserk. On one hand yeah it's nice to see this finally conclude, but on the other they completely ruined the pace and just started chucking shit at us

Yet another incredible turning point for this fantastic series. Will forever be goated.

I think the manga is going well, the chapters feel like Miura´s one, but i think the drawings looks a bit "artificial".

This is really bad. Why Griffith?! Is sending Guts to hell not enough? Why can’t you just leave him and his loved ones alone! Damn you!!!

The artwork being so noticeably worse at times, despite the artists probably putting in tons of effort, just goes to show how good Miura was.



I'm sad for Casca now though. Guts needs a break but she really needs one too.

Probably because it reminded him of the only other time he was completely helpless and unable to save Casca, i.e. during the Eclipse. If that wouldn't cause PTSD, nothing will.



Side note, it looks like the world tree thing has appeared on Elf Island? Maybe Guts & Co can use that to get back to the mainland quickly. Surely if Sonia is psychic enough to be a guide through it the Fairy King or Schierke could do it as well. Still hoping to see what Rickert and Silat et al have been up to too.

Man, the absolute despair and utter hopelessness they were able to portray in Guts' face was so poignant; and poor Casca started to regain conciousness at the end there, I can't imagine having to wake up flying in the air in the arms of that monster.



I really hope Elfhelm isn't just ruined forever, it was so nice to have this gorgeous haven in the midst of the terrifying world of Berserk.

One of the things I think would be the coolest to see as the story continues to roll forward now would be the Guts RPG Gang meeting up with Rickert, Silat and crew if they end up making their way to Falconia (which seems likely as many have pointed out).
