Didn't been reading Berserk for a while, now i'm on track again of the story...Miura has such more clean drawing now in those last chapters, wonder if this is due to digital drawing. The overall plot seems more clean too with development and revelations, as if Miura is trying to end the manga soon as possible. I really want the rickert party to join guts party and goes to war against falconia.

So tired of hearing about this fucking wood. I liked the manga because of its tragic nature and the gore, not because of fairies, wizards and the like. Nobody important has died the last 100 chapters, the slapstick comedy is appalling... are the tags Drama and Horror even necessary at this point? Oh, and remember the things that happened to Guts in the Golden Age arc? Well, fuck all that, now he is peaceful and only cares about getting Casca back to normal, forgetting about his dead friends and raped lover. Still, i'm really happy to be reading this manga again.

So you would rather prefer mindless gore over a proper story with a proper background? Guts has already tried setting out by himself to hunt apostles and griffith. Now he realises the importance of being by caska, is character development a bad thing now? I'm sorry if I gave off the feeling I don't like character development. But it's so tiring reading these last few chapters. Nothing besides talking has been happening and the sole lack of action that endangers the characters is very disappointing to me. The plot armour is just too much. It's just my opinion though, didn't mean to offend anybody in any way. As I said, I'm still really happy to be reading Berserk again :-)

People have stuck with almost 20 years of this manga due to many reasons but at the core it is for the narrative. I dare say most people would want character and narrative development over filler action scenes at this point. If you want some adrenaline-inducing manga there are countless manga starting and ending every month to fill your needs. Perhaps go read those instead.

Welcome to the Senior Center with Danann the Domestic as their legendary domestic helper~ Being so close, Guts couldn't wait to meet Hanafubuku but he has to wait in tea time first.

They discussed the world tree and turns out that Ganishka just happened to be in the right spot to serve as a physical form and amplify the power of the world tree as it materialized in the physical world. Just destroying one of those spirit trees was enough to tip that very delicate balance.

They also talked about griffith, his world-changing antics, intentions, and his connection to Guts from way back. He already rules the underworld as the ever-reaching index of the Godhand and ruling the most powerful and long-lasting kingdom in the merged Astral-Physical world wasn't enough for the Hawk because he wants more and more. Who knows, the moment they get out of Skellig, Griffith might've prepared magic spaceships ready to conquer the galaxy and eventually the universe.
