This chapter got me interested. Chichi is so adorable and I hope Guts plants the flower with the other ones so he can keep his promise.

I know that Berserk releases really emotion-provoking chapters from time to time in addition to the action but I never prepared myself for this one. It was so emotional that if they made a short handdrawn OVA of this, I'd buy it immediately and give it a 10/10 just because of its original story.



Chitch was the cutest thing ever, quickly warming up to Guts who was slowly starting to warm up to her as well because she warms him up very well~



Doing something fun is already poppo for her and it only took another person to make her feel twice as warm inside, in her words, poppopoppo. It was apparent that she was a lonely sprite who wanted company in a world away from her own kind and where so few people are able to see her. The happiness she got from Guts' promise of helping her find her way to go to the flower fields made her carried away by healing all his wounds at the cost of every single leaf left in her flower. When Guts woke up and found out the leaves before finding out what had actually happened to his new friend, it absolutely crushed my feelings. The selfless ones offering everything they have at their own expense...why are they so generous ;~;
