Well I do think seeing Humans and Apostles willingly coming to each other's aid in battle is a rather significant plot development.  If it continues after the war is won this unholy alliance will serve to only further alienate and demonize Guts when he finally returns to exact his revenge on Griffith who is now likened to a messiah or god.



But, I do agree with the thought that this battle feels like it is going on too long.

Moe has already shown itself much earlier in Berserk during some of the more tender Guts/Schierke moments.  Also, I have to say that Sonia is just too adorable with that oogling smile.
