If it only were not for what Griffith did to the previous Band of the Hawk, it would've been nice to see a more superpowered version of the Golden Age arc... Irvine seems really cool and their bonds with each other sounded interesting. Damn Griffith.
Sonia and Schierke's connection are going to play a big role down the line or that's what I would guess is being hinted here in these last couple of chapters.
This is the first interesting Berserk volume in quite a bit for me, the last 3 or 4 have been crap, gotta also say the art was unbelievable in most places, there was a distinct focus on facial expressions, this war will be good.
