Berserk Chapter 22 Discussion

Liked this slow chapter after all the chaos of the past few. I hope we start seeing Guts and Casca mend their relationship a bit, since they're making literally no progress right now

Good stuff, quite a few great character moments here. Love the scene at the end between Gut's and Griffith.

Griffith now has to deal with nobles scheming and trying to curry favor! If this were a different genre, this could be a whole arc! Guts and Casca butt heads again, much to Guts's internal strife. Surprised he didn't tell Griffith everything he learned from Zodd. How suspenseful!

That punch from Casca though >~> Pippin's bewildered face was hilarious.



She'd be more jealous if she found out Guts got a face to face talk with Griffith the next day lol

I understand Casca's feelings, but her attitude and, well, obsession over Griffith is kind of irritating.



Obligatory build up chapter this time around, but it was very good.
