Griffith is back...I don't expect him to suddenly be nice again. After what he did in the eclipse.

Actually, no he shouldn't. He's struggling on his own, as you said, so it only would help him to have people to help him fight off any demons that attack. Isidro and especially Serpico can fight, and maybe Farnese can watch out for Casca which is something Guts obviously doesn't trust himself to do at this point. Of course, there is a good chance they would die like pretty much everyone else has that was around him with the demons attacking but they have a better chance than most and it's interesting to consider that he may simply be using them in any event.

He accepted Farnese and Serpico.

He needs all the help he can get now, he can't leave Casca alone.

How ironic, and dark, that his new body grew from Guts' and Casca's son, that he himself corrupted. It's really, really dark.
