That was so sad hearing Rosine owning up to not seeing the elves in the first place, but I mean, when you have an abusive step father like hers (which I'm sure isn't the only abusive male around given the history of this manga) then I wouldn't blame her for trying to escape that painful reality into blissful fantasy. Truly, a tragic moment.

An extension of Rosine's story showing how and why her parents got sacrificed. She actually doubted the existence of elves before.



At least she got to see one at her last moments. No matter how much of a bitch she was.
