The King appears again.....This old disgusting fucker looks like he is on step away from his grave. This 1 year and the events with his daughter ruined him and rightfully so! Hope he gets sliced up by Guts and the end!

Holy shit did the King age within the span of a year. I guess the situation with his daughter really got to him.



But, shit, Guts was nuts here. He was "Berserk", definitely. Shades of the Black Swordsman that he becomes. I forgot to mention it last chapter, but I'm pretty sure that Griffith was trying to choke Guts when they first met. He's been giving him and Casca one hell of a stare down.

Charlotte rejecting the king seems to have aged him tremendously. His tortured soul knows what he did was wrong deep down!
