At this point, I Lowkey started to dislike Casca. I have never been a fan of women who set their lives up based on a man. I understand he saved her and she admired him, but she has no ambitions outside of her helping Griffith. Most of the band of Hawk is like that which is why, Lowkey, Griffith stated that only Guts is his real friend. Guts knows his ambition isn’t with Griffith. He may not know what, but he doesn’t want to just be the supporting character to someone else’s movie. And it’s funny because those words will likely drive Guts away from the Band. It’s an oxymoron. He likes Guts for being an individual independent of his dream, but I also know he wants to use him for his ambition nonetheless. It’s like wanting a sentient AI. so, truly, I feel like Griffith is seeking someone who shares his dream without blindly folding into It like a stepping stone or tool. He wants a partner and Casca is not that. So I Lowkey hated how they set her up that way, especially when she was given the choice of choosing her own fate
