Zodd vs Knight Skull!? WTF

Berserk has had a lot of horrifying moments across these 95 chapters thus far... but this might just be the most terrifying yet. It ascended some threshold where it stopped being horrifying and started being just... surreal. Casca's reaction summed up my feelings reading this perfectly.



Yeah, it doesn't look like any of the "main crew" has been feasted upon... yet. I think Casca will escape somehow. She's been built up too much as a character to be ended here, I feel... but I dunno. The rest are almost certainly screwed.



Is that Zodd and the Skull Knight fighting in the last page? Why? O.o

Why the hell didn't Griffith try to go against his own destiny... In that sense Griffith decided the most attainable path for his hand... Unlike Guts. Damn.

Zodd is on Griffith / Godhand side --- he saved Griff from getting eaten by Wyald because he wants Griff to become the 5th God





Skull Knight is the one opposing the apostles .. "Do what thou wilt" and Skull Knight chose to go to war with the apostles





When he confronted Guts in the woods , that was him recruiting Guts . He wants Guts to be apart of his demon slaying army

Griffith did it..he sacrificed his loyal crew and followers for the power of the demon king! I'm glad Rickert at least was safe from being sacrificed...Lucky for him! Also Zodd and the Skeleton Knight are fighting. I wonder why!

Damn, you guys are in for a treat! I'm up to chapter 205, and the series just continues to go from strength to strength. Although, that being said, the Golden Age Arc and Conviction Arc (the one that you have just begun with chapter 95) are the two best ones, in my opinion
