The way they depict the robot is awesome. I am excited to see what it ends up looking like.

O amigo quer que o Kenji reúna os NOVE que sabia do plano de dominação mundial: Fukubei, Kenji, Yoshitsune, Maruo, Keroyon, Mon-chan, Donkey, Otcho e mais UM.

Friend is a weird one, no doubt.

By 'nine' does he mean 9 people, or there's something cryptic behind it?

And Friend going ''Kenji kuuuuuun'' creeped me out.

All 9 almost certainly refers to the 9 people who knew about the symbol and consequently about "friend" ... Although I thought Donkey would be one of the 9, and that would pose a problem.

all 9. Simply wondering if they had a game before where all 9 or 10 of them were the participants and the goal of the game was to win against 1 player which could possibly be sakidayo

Okay, if by 9, friend means people you've got:

Kenji

Otcho

Keroyon

Mon-Chan

Yotshitsune

Marou

and Donkey.



Now, Donkey being dead, we can replace him with Yukiji, who also knew about the symbol, right?



And there is also Fukubei, the guy at the reunion, and Sadakiyo, the mask kid.



So that's 9 people.



Now, if friend is Sadakiyo, would he include himself in this? I don't think so. It means 9 adversaries for friend to fight.



So, yeah, I don't think that Sadakiyo is friend. For now at least.

Perfect 2 (22-43)



Taking a fall in the mystery department, the 1st half focuses on the usual chain of shocking events and the 2nd half offers us... an action hero bending its dedicated chapters into something bland and totally different (that helped me to lose interest back in 2003).

Far less exciting than the first tome. Better said: still interesting but not exciting anymore. And this is probably pretty representative of what the main chunk of the series will be.
