They can't. Also, Kanna wouldn't have been shot because Mole Man obviously didn't want to shoot anyone, considering he fired at the wall when he could have shot Kanna or retard police guy instead. So what Yukiji said is wrong. Additonally, page 18 is worrying me. I really hope retard police guy hasn't got a boner for Kanna, a minor. Because if that is the case, the manga is gonna get even worse and he will never be killed off until the end.
