I was thinking ever since they mentioned this prisoner that he would either be Kenji or Otcho. Looks like he's Otcho.

I hope so too. I'm so curious as to what happened to the gang.

Damn Otcho is OLD! ... Well anyways it would seem that there are others still left, after all there have to atleast be a #1 and a #2. He keeps talking as if they are still alive somewhere, I really wonder if they are, and if so, where?

Him and others in Kenji's gang must be around 50 years old by now. Though i'm surprised he's not monitored 24/7 or simply executed after so many escape attempts.
