Did the most people of that town die? Is it a mostly empty town with lit-up streets they are watching?

I assume it is our world but very far in the future. It would take a long time for humans to accept machines like Alpha and Kokonoe as... well, humans. That or the humans in that world are just much better than we are.

wow that sure was a beautiful sight. i can tell even i would shed tears of amazement at such an event.

i hope she doesn't forget to take her pictures :p

It's kinda giving me a vibe that it's kind of a post apocalyptic world thingy, doubt it though.
