The road work continues, and Sendo brings up that Wally doesn't have any bloodlust so it's unlikely that he'll be Ricardo. Ippo says everyone who's fought the champion has had bloodlust, so maybe it'll be fine that Wally is the way he is.



At the press conference, Wally mocks Ricardo by sticking out his tongue and saying he doesn't care about the belt, he just wants to fight someone strong, and Ricardo is supposed to be the strongest.
