                        Wally meets up with Volg, and it seems Wally is in a much better mood than his sparring partner. It won't just be Volg that he faces off with though, there are three others. Together they are Team White Fang. That's not a bad name.



Ricardo listens to Wally's win/loss ratio, and Ippo's name is dropped as the only person Wally has lost to. Immediately Ricardo is interested as he's heard that name before. I wonder if the two will interact with one another.



But for now, it's time to train.

Seeing all these characters in one chapter is so dope. It's been a while since this manga got me so ecstatic. I wanted to get to the match quickly, but now I hope for an entire mini tranings camp arc.

Some people think Wally's gonna win this match, well, think of it this way:

Do you think Wally, who's already been defeated by Ippo, would make for a better final boss than the undefeated Ricardo with 1000 chapters worth of hype? Yeah, there's no way that's gonna happen.



I wonder what's the purpose of this fight is though, is it build up for Sendo's fight? Is it a way for Ricardo to acknowledge Ippo even more? Is it just filler? I hope it doesn't drag on for too long.
