She's a girl who never change/never grow old, so the one who hit her (62) at first thought it's nice to never change but he got scared.  Now he committed suicide by jumping down the building.  She took off everything and there's no scars or anything.  She forgot what she is and her tear became the pearl that the web lady is searching for.  She doesn't know the feeling whenever she give birth to this read pearl, Watanuki said it's sadness for unable to be with the one she wants to be with.  When she gave the pearl to Watanuki, she said something like he's like her.

That last frame certainly sends a deep message...

I can see why she says it, since Watanuki is also very sad because he can't be with the people he loves, especiallly with Himawari and Yuuko.

I'm wondering if he'll take the girl with him or send her somewhere else?

or grant her a wish?  xD

Why do you think that? It does sound plausible at this point in the story, though...

I was expecting more pages being it the 200 th chapter, but well... Another ageless being appears in the series. I wonder why is it that she became immortal, if because of her high magical powers or because of something else like (kinda) Yuuko or Kimihiro. Well, as far as I concern "Hourai Elixir" seems to be the answer to all immortal beings that auto-heal themselves XD
