By Nanman I'm guessing they are referring to either Europe or China however going to assume it is Europe given the fact Yukimura is always wearing some weird ass European get-up and his teacher's name was pedro. However still no idea how they can go over to Europe when I doubt he can speak anything other than Japanese.
