LETS SEE, WHY IS HINATA BETTER:



She's not a bitch,

She never had a stupid fan girl obsession with Sasuke,

She liked Naruto from the beginning of the series,

Despite only coming out a few times people like her about a million times more than sakura



The facts are that this series has taken a lot of HATE from many people BECAUSE of the characters, the plot is good, however the characters ARE NOT.



It took a long time to really like Naruto, and Sasuke and Sakura are really DETESTABLE characters. Honestly the series would've been better if they had given a bigger role to Hinata.



It's true that Hinata never had a Sasuke obsession. What about Naruto obsession? Does Hinata know Naruto better than Sakura know Sasuke? Comparing obsession. I'm not hung up on the worst character. In fact, I think all of the characters in Naruto are horrible. They're one dimensional, uninteresting, lame and they hardly develop.

I was asking why people like Hinata so much. Hinata is the typical shy girl, her exact personality is seen in so many animes (and better ones...). Wont ever people get bored of it?

Because Hinata isn't annoying like Sakura

An unoriginal character like her is just as bad in my eyes.



Actually she seems to like Naruto for his "never give up despite all odds" personality & was the FIRST charachter in the series to acknowledge that as an important trait of his (Followed by Kakashi & others one by one). Also she used that as her inspiration in the fight against Neji.



Sakura on the other hand had the same old "crush on the coolest guy in class". I mean she is no more qualified than Ino. She just happened to be the one to end up on the same team as Naruro & Sasuke. Almost all her development after that was because of the influence of those two.



In the first series most of the work done by the team was done by Naruto & Sasuke (The duo actually looked good as partners/rivals). Each causing the other to grow & actually understanding one another while Sakura was being useless for the most part & taking action only when Sasuke & Naruto were exhausted or not around.



Then in the second series, seeing as Sasuke had left the team, her abilities & role was increaded a bit. That is probably the only reason she has the importance she holds now.



Bottomline, Sakura is the annoying dream girl of the protoganist who has a crush on his cool rival & eventually develops feelings for the protoganist while Hinata is the shy girl whom the protoganist doesn't take much notice of, but she was the only one to recognize his talents back when he was just a loser.



Which reminds me: DOES NARUTO REMEMBER HINATA'S CONFESSION????

That damn Sakura!  She just as well as said Naruto's her second choice because Sasuke's a criminal.  And I'm surprised she made her confession in front of eeeeeeverybody.  Oh damn.  I'm pretty shocked at Naruto's reaction - though it's entirely justified.  GO, NARUTO!  AWESOME CHAPTER!!  Can't wait for next week!!!

Kakashi, Sai, Kiba, Lee, Yamato were like enough of this already :P
