Wonder how much of this was actually planned out and how much is just WSJ forcing yet another shounen to do a sequel bait. Wouldn't be surprised to see a sequel like Boruto by a different author. It would be odd as well if it does get a sequel like that. Why axe the original to make a newgen sequel?



One thing I'm glad though is that they didn't force pairs like Naruto, where every character ended up being in relationship and having kids. At least Bleach kept it to two pairs.



It's a shame though, as bad as the Quincy arc was, it didn't deserve to get axed and have a rushed ending. I mean we read 74 volumes of a manga only to get nothing in the end. Knowing Kubo's pace, these two epilogue chapters would have normally turned into entire volumes lol. But oh well, another giant gone. Now only One Piece is left (see you in 10 years).

It was obvious that Bleach got canned. WSJ just didn't like Kubo's snail pacing where he gives every character a fight lol. My guess is that he would've still dragged the manga on for a year. The Yhwach fight was obviously rushed and complete nonsense even for Kubo's latest writing.

Did Bleach just pulled a Naruto ending?

Tbh I was expecting something more ridiculous than this. Surprised it was actually normal ending. Anyway 8/10. While I rate Naruto 7/10, Bleach win with the amazing art and character although I still think Naruto is better in all to the ending.


You think this is the end. And hope someone tell me what the announcement was again.

he does as proven multiple times. Bleach was pretty much one of only wsj manga with actual honest to god foreshadowing to stuff. The problem is not Kubo. The problem is the magazine rushing this to oblivion.

Just got done reading the final chapter and the end left me empty.At this point I am neither disappointed or safisy. All I can say that was an ending. Really don't care about pairing for this series anymore so I am okay with that Orhime ended up with Ichigo and Rukia end up with Renji.Nice that Chad has become a wrestler however I wish he ended up becoming a boxer instead. Not surprised that Uryu has become a doctor. Overall my final score of the series who have to be a 6/10 due t the fact how dissapoint the last 1 1/2 years this arc was. I am going to miss reading this series on a weekly bases and I do not regret getting into the series since was my gateway anime. Farewell Bleach has been quite a journey that been though and crazy to for me to believe I have been reading this series for 8 years.



One last thing I am disapionted that out all of things we could gotten we end up getting a Bleach live action movie. Seriously this live action movie will be worse then Dragon ball evolution.

Ah, what a terrible ending - but very fitting.



I have been reading Bleach weekly ever since catching up with it over a decade ago and it really never recovered after the first Soul Society arc. Barely 3/10, and that is just because of the excellent first arc and most of SS being good.



May this franchise die a timely death now, as much as I liked the beginning it deserves to be forgotten.

I would probably rate this as 9 or 10 but with the trainwreck that started with the fullbringer arc and continued with the quicy arc I'll prolly give it a 7 or 8.
