I guess the reason why is that Ywach needs to SEE the future before he can CHANGE it.

Aizen's power is illusion, what Ywach SEE in the future is false illusionary future, therefore he ended up CHANGE the WRONG future.  Now the reality hit him bad

Kyôka Suigetsu's illusion like everyone was expecting. It was good but... it still doesn't feel like I am reading the last chapters.



I doubt the villain can be defeated while he still looks human since Aizen had to transform into a monstrosity to be slaughtered.
