after reading the chapter, and seeing the taalk about many possible future i can't help but remember kara no kyoukai's mirai fukuin.

I thought so too or not that this is his bankai rather that his new form including all his powers and bankai also, i guess not.

Yhwach with the monologue and prep talk, I think he wants Ichigo to win and give him all his power and memories.

That way the son will follow his father's footstep and oppose the shinigami/soul king.
