This might have a bit of a twist when we find out more about Ichigo. Ichigo might actually end up being the villain here. Why is it that Ywach's dream had Ichigo of a former time? Something will happen.

It's almost a talent in itself that Kubo has finally gotten to the (supposed) final showdown with the final boss, the cause of so much tragedy and even the reason for the death of the protagonist's mother and I can feel nothing but apathy in how it's presented.

Pretty lame chapter as usual. Give the fans some of the favorite characters then switch back to the scene he lest left us with. I don't understand what Kubo be thinking when he does this stuff. Why show Rukia and Renji right now? What purpose did it serve? How did it progress the story in any way? It was pure fanservice if you ask me. Trash chapter per the usual 1/5.

that was totally expected since that is what happened in every story arc, so it cannot be that unless he thinks that we are brainless monkeys.



Like how we were also supposed to be surprised when it was "revealed" that Yachiru was connected directly to Zaraki's Zanpakutō when everybody already called it years before.



All authors act like their reveals will be shocking, even when we've guessed it in some cases years prior to the fact. For Ichigo, I honestly believe the Quincy connection was supposed to be it.

Hitsugaya has a brother now I see lol.
