It's all depend on what and how Kubo writes. If bleach is for adults - it is possible, if not Zombie girl may be boy.
ps. I assume that Yumichika tells/found out a truth.
Zombie girl is boy. it was clear, what the hell are you even talking about i have no idea.
Also yes Bambietta is her zombie. That was also very clear. You need to stop over-analyzing simple things.

You need to go back to the chapter after Bambietta was beaten. There was nothing "friendly" about the way the other four approached her afterwards. They killed her, either for failing or because they had some form of resentment regarding her position over them. Bambietta is a zombie.
