You know, it's hard to pull your mask(or do anything) while some bitch with anger issues bombs you. Shinji doesn't have armor like Komamura, but that's why Hinamori's there(She can heal).

Well he could have been putting on the mask instead of explaining exactly how his stupid shikai worked in detail to the enemy. I'm not even sure why he explained it since we already know how it works. He's lucky she didn't just blow his buck teeth through the back of his skull while he was talking. After all she could have just spammed her attack and the disorientation wouldn't have mattered.



Also, Komamura's new bankai looks so damn silly. Unless his new power is to look really derpy.

That was unexpected and awesome. First time since first seeing his Bankai has Komamura got me this excited. I just really hope his Bankai doesn't have that same stupid weakness where he gets owned when his Bankai is hit. Or, if he does get hurt, not as much, and also that it should move faster and do flash steps and all that, not some slow lug that anyone with half decent strength can beat.

Really good chapter this week, I do wonder though if that's it for shinji? Is he dead, will he make a come back? I really don't know.

Seriously why does Tite Kubo always want to make Shinji look like utter trash? Why not have Shinji use Bankai or his hollow mask or make him go full hollow like Ichigo? The Vizards except for Ichigo always get the shaft. If Shinji went full hollow he would rip Bambietta to shreds considering her explosions would be useless thanks to Shinji having instant regen in hollow mode. Komamura turning into his human form is what really saved this chapter. That was really unexpected.

I liked this chapter but when I reflected on why I liked it, I came to a surprising conclusion. I really don't see how this manga's going to end without it being clunky. Whenever we get more backstory, I'm content since we're delaying the brooding future. Just my two cents

Well, how about pulling on his mask instead of explaining his damn technique instead? He did that against Aizen, it didn't end well. I thought the saying went "Learn from your mistakes", not "Repeat your mistakes as many times as possible".
